Hi, I’m Anushervon Akhmedov

I build practical software for complex real-world workflows.

I turn informal operational requirements into clear, usable tools. Most recently that means full stack emergency management systems for BC local governments and First Nations communities.

About

Building for real-world work

I'm a full-stack developer and Computing Science graduate (Thompson Rivers University) focused on building software that helps organizations do complex, high-stakes work more clearly.

At Innomergence Solutions I designed and built the EOC Financial Management Tool, a Next.js and TypeScript application that lets BC local governments and First Nations communities track emergency response and recovery costs during active Emergency Operations Centre incidents and generate EMCR-compliant claim submissions. I own the full stack: a Postgres data model with Row Level Security, server-side data access, a React and Tailwind frontend, auth and middleware, and DOCX export.

Before that I shipped customer-facing React features and Node.js/Firebase backends at Sente Athletics. I care most about translating real operational pain points into dependable, well-tested products.

Where I've worked

  1. Software Developer · Innomergence Solutions

    Dec 2025 to Present

    Vancouver, BC

    • Designed and built the EOC Financial Management Tool (Next.js + TypeScript) for BC local governments and First Nations communities to track EOC costs and generate EMCR-compliant claim submissions.
    • Owned the full stack: Postgres with Row Level Security, server-side data access, a React/Tailwind frontend, auth and middleware, and DOCX export matching the official EMCR layout.
    • Shipped the Expenditure Authorization Form (EMCR EOC Form 530) module and the Response/Recovery cost-entry workflow with per-organization GST rules, backed by unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
  2. Web Developer · Sente Athletics

    Apr 2024 to Sept 2024

    Vancouver, BC

    • Built and shipped customer-facing React features with a focus on a smooth, responsive experience.
    • Developed Node.js backend endpoints and integrations, and used Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Cloud Functions) for secure auth, real-time data, and serverless logic.
    • Took part in code reviews, debugged production issues across the stack, and supported frequent, traceable releases with Git-based version control and CI-style checks.
  3. BSc, Computing Science · Thompson Rivers University

    Kamloops, BC

    • Coursework across object-oriented programming, operating systems, algorithms and data structures, web development, database systems, and software engineering.
